If the vehicle is on Company's name (If Registered owner is Company) -

*company’s pan copy ( if available ) / if the company is Proprietorship then proprietor's pan copy 

*If an Authorised person is signing on behalf of the company then his pan card copy 

*Company letterhead with Authorised person's name mentioned on it with company's consent to his authority and the name of the purchaser, mentioning that - the company wants to sell the vehicle to this individual.
